Northern Health are seeking applications from motivated and suitably experienced Automation Developers to join the Digital Innovation department.
Northern Health is the major provider of acute, maternity, sub-acute, mental health, specialist, community and home-based services in Melbourne’s rapidly growing outer north.
Services are provided through our five main campuses :
Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn Centre, and Kilmore District Hospital. In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park and Coburg.

Be at the forefront of healthcare transformation as an Automation Developer at Northern Health. In this role, you’ll harness the power of Microsoft’s Power Platform to revolutionise how we deliver care. You’ll build intelligent automation solutions that free healthcare professionals from administrative burdens, allowing them to focus on what matters most – our patients.
This role represents an opportunity to directly impact patient outcomes and transform healthcare delivery. You’ll be joining Northern Health at an exciting time as we define our Intelligent Automation roadmap, giving you a chance to architect solutions that will shape future healthcare delivery and set a new standard for automation in healthcare.
Working with a supportive leadership team that values creative problem-solving, you’ll apply your expertise in Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and custom development to solve real healthcare challenges. Your automation solutions will touch every aspect of our organisation – from streamlining clinical workflows and improving patient experiences, to optimising administrative processes and enhancing data-driven decision making.
