We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Manager-Audit Service Design & Delivery Expert who will lead new audit service development projects and support our Audit Service Line. This role involves designing and implementing new service offerings, managing cross-functional development activities, performing audits, reviewing audit reports, and coordinating auditor qualification & training programs.
Key Responsibilities
New Audit Service Development
Lead kick-off meetings and drive end-to-end service development initiatives
Create project files, collect inputs, analyze requirements & define deliverables
Build inspection grids, specifications, SOPs, WIs, and training documentation
Conduct risk analysis, testing, pilot qualification, and process validation
Ensure on-time submission, review, approval & procurement coordination
Train internal teams, support launches, and lead closing / project summary
Manage escalations and ensure reporting of KPIs and project status
Audit Planning & Execution
Support audit scheduling, scoping, and resource allocation
Review and approve audit reports ensuring completeness & accuracy
Conduct onsite system / process / product audits when required
Auditor Qualification & Training
Support auditor competency management, qualification, and training
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering
8+ years of experience in Quality, Technical Audits, or Service Development
Minimum 3 years as Quality Manager and 3 years as Auditor
Strong knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 2859, 9001, 14001, 45001, 19011)
Experience in project management tools (PMP preferred)
(Good to have) Solar industry experience — PV modules, cells, IEC 61215 / 61730
