At Love Pangolin, we design travel wear for lives in motion. Flights, commutes, last-minute escapes—we make gear that’s built to move. Now, we’re looking for a Customer Service Specialist who’s just as dynamic.
You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—helping them find the right fit, solving order issues, and turning every interaction into a reason to return.
What You’ll Do :
- Handle customer queries via email, chat, and phone with warmth, speed, and clarity.
- Solve problems with empathy and efficiency—from sizing help to delivery issues.
- Collaborate with operations and warehouse teams to resolve order concerns.
- Own the post-purchase experience, ensuring customer delight and loyalty.
- Spot patterns, flag feedback, and help us get better with every drop.
What You Bring :
2–3 years in a customer support or CX role (bonus if it’s in fashion, DTC, or lifestyle brands).Strong communication skills—clear, calm, and genuinely helpful.A proactive mindset and love for problem-solving.Experience with tools like Zendesk, Gorgias, or similar platforms.Flexibility to work across time zones when needed.Nice to Have :
