What You'' Do
- Own the Customer Journey - From onboarding to renewal, you'll be the face of the platform for our NBFC / MFI clients.
- Drive Adoption & Impact - Guide clients through the platform's full potential-from loan origination workflows to real-time portfolio insights.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally - Work with product, tech, and support teams to solve challenges and deliver business outcomes.
- Be a Strategic Partner - Build strong relationships with decision-makers in credit, risk, and operations.
- Help them scale Spot Opportunities - Identify new use cases, upsell opportunities, and turn clients into product evangelists.
What Makes You a Fit
5-7 years of experience in Customer Success / Account Management / Implementation in B2B SaaS preferably in lending background.You understanding of the domain.Comfortable talking APIs, integrations, and data flows.You excel at managing details, driving outcomes, and fostering long-term relationships.You love solving problems and turning feedback into features.Location : Mumbai.
