Job description

Sales Executive to promote premium Forex signal services to international clients. Focus on lead generation, client conversion, relationship building, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Engage traders on social media, forums, and communities (without breaking rules).
Record all sales activities in CRM.

Client Engagement & Conversion

Present and explain Forex signal services (accuracy, risk, value).

Conduct demos via Zoom, WhatsApp, or email.

Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets.

Relationship Management

Maintain regular client communication for retention.

Upsell / cross-sell (VIP plans, training, portfolio services).

Address client concerns quickly to reduce churn

Market & Product Knowledge

Stay updated on forex, gold, indices, and crypto trends.

Track competitor services for better positioning.

Share feedback with product team

Compliance & Ethics

Follow local & international rules for marketing financial products.
