We're looking for a dynamic and innovative Packaging Development Executive with 2+ years of hands-on experience in the Wellness, Personal Care, Food, and Nutraceuticals sectors . As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing functional, cost-effective, compliant, and aesthetically appealing packaging solutions that align with brand, regulatory, and sustainability objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute packaging solutions for new product launches and existing SKUs across the wellness, personal care, food, and nutraceuticals segments.
• Work closely with Product Development, Marketing, Regulatory, Quality Assurance, Procurement, and Manufacturing teams throughout the packaging lifecycle.
• Identify and validate suitable packaging formats, including tubes, bottles, jars, sachets, blister packs, pouches, cartons, and outer shippers.
• Ensure packaging compatibility with various formulations such as oils, creams, powders, capsules, and liquids.
• Conduct line trials , transit tests, stability compatibility checks, and performance validation to ensure robust packaging.
• Evaluate and manage packaging vendors, materials, molds, and artwork development timelines.
• Demonstrate a sound understanding of barrier properties, sealing, filling, labeling, and shelf-life requirements.
• Support sustainability initiatives by recommending recyclable, biodegradable, or lightweight packaging options.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, FDA, GMP, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive packaging specifications, Bills of Materials (BOMs), test reports, and documentation for audits.
• Participate in packaging cost optimization and standardization projects.
