Cognizant - PowerApps Developer - RPA

We are seeking an experienced PowerApps Developer with a strong background in RPA, Power Platform, and AI-driven automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in building intelligent business applications using PowerApps, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and related Microsoft technologies. This role requires a visionary technologist capable of designing and implementing AI-powered agents, copilots, and generative solutions that enhance business efficiency and user experience

Location : Bangalore

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, and Dataverse).
• Architect end-to-end solutions leveraging Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and PowerApps to automate and optimize business workflows.
• Integrate AI and generative models (including LLMs and multimodal models) with enterprise data sources, APIs, and legacy systems.
• Lead the design and delivery of AI-powered copilots, intelligent chatbots, and autonomous agents tailored to business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective digital solutions.
• Drive AI adoption initiatives, conducting workshops, demos, and training sessions to promote the use of Power Platform and AI capabilities across the organization.
• Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices, governance models, and security standards while building and maintaining Power Platform solutions.
• Troubleshoot and optimize performance of Power Platform applications and provide continuous improvement recommendations.
