Description :

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Power Apps Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and be capable of designing, developing, and deploying scalable business applications and automation workflows.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business operations and deliver data-driven insights using the Power Platform ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

Power Apps Development :

  • Design, develop, and customize Canvas and Model-Driven Apps using Microsoft Power Apps.
  • Integrate Power Apps with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and external data sources.
  • Implement best practices for app design, data modeling, and UI / UX optimization.
  • Ensure application scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Manage version control and deployment processes.

Power Automate (Flow) :

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate.
  • Streamline manual business processes through automation and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing flows and automations.
  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance within workflows.

    • Power BI :

  • Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Integrate Power BI with Power Apps and other data platforms for unified analytics.
  • Optimize dashboards for speed, scalability, and performance.
  • Provide actionable insights to business teams using data visualization best practices.

    • Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 38 years of proven experience developing applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dataverse, SQL Server, and SharePoint Online.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, REST services, and data integration techniques.
  • Experience in managing environments, security roles, and permissions in Power Platform.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Microsoft Power Platform or related certification(s) preferred (e.g., PL-100, PL-200).

    • Nice-to-Have Skills :

  • Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Power Virtual Agents, or Dynamics 365.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (JavaScript, PowerFX).
  • Understanding of CI / CD pipelines for Power Platform.
