What you'll do :
You'll be a key part of our operations team, handling important daily tasks, preparing reports, and helping our clients with their questions and needs.
- Good with Excel : You should be skilled in using Excel for various tasks.
- Daily Reports (MIS) : Keep track of and follow up on our daily reports and data.
- Prepare Reports & Handle Questions : Create necessary reports and answer any questions related to operations quickly.
- Manage Front Desk : Be responsible for handling the reception area.
- Answer Calls : Respond to incoming calls from clients.
- Solve Problems : Resolve client issues and escalate them to the right people in our Head Office, then inform clients about the solution.
- Update Client Info (CMC) : Handle changes and updates to client information in our systems.
