Experience : 5+ to 10+ Years

Key Skills :

ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) / Custom App Development

Application design, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules

Integration with external systems (REST / SOAP, LDAP, etc.)

Reporting, dashboards, and notifications

Responsibilities :

Design and develop customer-facing applications on ServiceNow

Implement workflows, UI / UX, and automation as per requirements

Integrate applications with third-party systems

Maintain and enhance existing customer applications
