Position Name - Senior ServiceNow Developer
Location - Remote
Candidate should be flexible to work in Night Shift (PST / EST) Remote
Employment Type – C2H (3 Months- 5 months max )
Notice Period – Immediate to 10 days .
ITOM : Discovery. Service Mapping. Event Management. Integration Hubs.
ITSM : Change, Incident, Problem, Service Request, Knowledge.
Platform : Upgrade. Integration. Java Script. REST Api.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure ITSM platform (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, or equivalent) to enforce change approval workflows.
- Develop automation for rollback, approvals, and post-implementation reviews.
- Support technical staff in submitting, tracking, and documenting change requests.
- Build dashboards and reports for technical compliance metrics.
- Pilot test enforcement workflows in high-risk domains (e.g., firewall, payment, surveillance).
- Troubleshoot and fine-tune enforcement controls to balance security with operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
5+ years of ITSM or IT operations engineering experience.Strong hands-on expertise with ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar ITSM platforms.Experience integrating security controls into IT operations workflows.Knowledge of scripting / automation for change rollbacks and enforcement.Familiarity with ITIL v4 and enterprise change management practices.
