Job description25 years of IT recruitment experience (Java / Full Stack hiring). A convincing communicator who can handle tough candidate objections. Skilled in LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, referrals & out-of-the-box sourcing. Experience with cross-skill / niche hiring is a huge plus. Strong reporting, stakeholder management & execution discipline.

- Own end-to-end hiring for cross-skilling to Niche Skill.
- Source & engage top Java talent across India.
- Convince candidates to take a bold step : career shift, relocation, CTC reset.
- Partner with Delivery & Training teams to align hiring with deployment.
- Drive consistent pipelines, minimize dropouts & deliver monthly targets.
