rtCamp uses the Frappe framework to build custom applications and SaaS products, such as GoDAM and EasyEngine.
We also use ERPNext internally as well as to transform client business processes.
We are looking for a Senior Frappe / ERPNext Project Manager to lead client engagements, manage project delivery, and ensure smooth collaboration between business stakeholders and engineering teams.
This role combines project leadership, process understanding, and Frappe / ERPNext expertise to deliver high-quality SaaS and ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end project delivery for custom Frappe-based SaaS development and ERPNext implementations.
- Act as the primary client contact, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
- Work with functional consultants and developers to translate business needs into project plans, specs, and deliverables.
- Define and monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks.
- Ensure Agile / Scrum practices are followed, including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
- Conduct UAT coordination, client demos, and rollout planning.
- Support resource planning, workload balancing, and mentoring junior PMs or coordinators.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in project management practices within rtCamp.
Must Haves :
5+ years of project management experience in Frappe / ERPNext-based projects.Strong understanding of ERPNext modules and Frappe app development lifecycles.Proven track record of managing multiple projects for SaaS or ERP clients.Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Trello, GitHub Projects, etc.Good to Have :
ERPNext / Frappe certification.Prior hands-on experience in functional consulting or ERPNext configuration.Familiarity with SaaS concepts (multi-tenancy, billing, subscriptions, integrations).PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification.Experience leading distributed / remote teams.At rtCamp, we believe in fostering a work environment that reflects our core values of Good Work.
