Are you a skilled developer with a passion for building scalable solutions using the Frappe framework? We're looking for a Module Lead to join our team and drive the development and customization of Frappe / ERPNext modules. In this role, you'll play a key part in designing, building, and maintaining our enterprise applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

What You'll Do :

Development & Customization : Build and customize new Frappe modules to meet specific business needs. Develop new functionalities, troubleshoot issues in ERPNext applications, and integrate third-party APIs to ensure seamless data flow.
Technical Support : Provide expert technical support to end-users, quickly resolving system issues. Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all implementations and configurations.
Collaboration : Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend effective technical solutions. Participate in code reviews to ensure all development adheres to high-quality standards.
Continuous Improvement : Stay up-to-date with the latest Frappe / ERPNext developments and continuously optimize application performance to ensure efficiency and scalability.

What You'll Need :

Experience : 4-8 years of experience in software development.

Mandatory Skills : Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript.

You must have hands-on experience with the Frappe / ERPNext framework.

Technical Skills :

Solid understanding of relational databases.

Experience with Git for version control.

Knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.

Soft Skills :

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Notice Period : Ability to join us with a notice period of 30 days or less is preferred.
