Roles & Responsibilities :
SAP SuccessFactors Lead :
- Lead the overall SAP SuccessFactors implementation and integration strategy for Fitch, ensuring that all solutions align with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all SAP SuccessFactors-related activities, including overseeing the technical, functional, and integration requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to define business requirements and ensure that SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, LMS, Recruiting, Onboarding) are properly implemented.
- Manage integration projects across multiple systems, ensuring that data flows seamlessly between SuccessFactors and other enterprise applications.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and providing leadership for technical problem-solving.
- Provide insights and best practices for the continuous improvement of HR processes through the use of SAP SuccessFactors.
SAP SuccessFactors Integration Specialist :
Design and implement integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems (e.g., Payroll, Finance, ERP) to ensure smooth data flow.Work closely with stakeholders to define integration requirements and develop detailed technical specifications.Develop, test, and maintain integration solutions using SAP's integration tools (e.g., SAP CPI, HCI, PI, or other middleware platforms).Troubleshoot and resolve any integration-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Support SAP SuccessFactors upgrade initiatives, ensuring that integrations are up to date with the latest system versions.SAP SuccessFactors Developer :
Develop and configure SAP SuccessFactors solutions across various modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Compensation, LMS, Recruiting, and Onboarding.Collaborate with functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.Customize and extend SuccessFactors solutions to meet specific business needs using SAP SuccessFactors SDK, APIs, and other tools.Ensure proper documentation of custom developments, configurations, and integration processes.Provide support for system testing, troubleshooting, and post-implementation monitoring to ensure optimal system performance.Required Skills & Qualifications :
Experience : Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors development and integration, with hands-on expertise in configuring and integrating SuccessFactors modules.Modules Expertise :Employee CentralPerformance & GoalsSuccession & DevelopmentCompensationLearning Management System (LMS)Recruiting ManagementOnboardingTechnical Skills : Strong proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors SDK, APIs, and integration tools (SAP CPI, HCI, PI, or other middleware solutions).Integration Knowledge : Experience in designing, developing, and managing integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and third-party systems.Problem Solving : Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve complex system issues quickly.Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Certifications (Optional but Preferred) : SAP SuccessFactors certifications in relevant modules.Skills Required
