Job description

We're hiring a talented SAP SuccessFactors LMS (Learning Management System) Consultant to join our team. This role is crucial for implementing and optimizing the SAP SuccessFactors LMS to enhance our clients' learning and development initiatives. Your expertise will be key to facilitating the effective delivery, tracking, and management of training programs.

You will collaborate with clients to gather requirements, configure the LMS to meet their specific needs, and ensure a seamless integration with other SAP SuccessFactors modules and HR systems. Your work will directly help our clients foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development for their employees.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Implementation and Configuration : Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors LMS solutions, ensuring they align with client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Process Analysis : Analyze clients' current learning and development processes to identify and recommend opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Program Design : Partner with HR and training teams to design and implement impactful learning programs, including compliance training and skill development initiatives.
  • User Training and Support : Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to users to ensure they can effectively utilize all LMS functionalities.
  • Documentation and Maintenance : Develop and maintain thorough project documentation, including system configurations, process flows, and user guides.
  • Continuous Improvement : Stay informed about the latest SAP SuccessFactors LMS updates and emerging learning technologies, and provide strategic insights to clients.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.

Technical Skills :

  • SAP SuccessFactors LMS : Deep configuration expertise in the LMS module, including learning item management, curriculum development, and user security.
  • Integration : Experience with integrating SuccessFactors LMS with other modules like Employee Central and third-party systems.
  • Reporting : Proficiency in building custom reports and dashboards using SAP SuccessFactors Reporting tools.
  • Standards & Formats : Knowledge of industry standards such as SCORM and AICC for e-learning content.
  • Required Qualifications :

  • Experience : A minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors, with a strong focus on the LMS module.
  • L&D Principles : Deep understanding of learning and development principles, adult learning theories, and best practices in training management.
  • Analytical Abilities : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen, detail-oriented approach.
  • Communication : Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.
