Expert Application Administrator Required

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional to take on the role of Expert Application Administrator. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch support and administration for various applications.

You will be the go-to person for troubleshooting system issues, providing technical assistance to users, managing configurations, and ensuring the optimal performance of the platform.

Your collaboration with internal teams, business users, and other stakeholders will help address technical challenges, enhance system functionality, and maintain compliance with industry regulations.

Key responsibilities include :

• First- and Second-Level Technical Support : Provide timely and effective support to application users, resolving their queries and issues efficiently.
• Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution : Diagnose and resolve application-related problems quickly, minimizing downtime and disruptions.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also manage user access, permissions, and security settings within the application, as well as assist in system configurations, workflows, and metadata updates as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the application, relevant industry requirements, and strong technical problem-solving skills.
