Senior Consultant

In close relations with :

• Atos Infrastructure Operations Team
• Incident Manager
• Problem Manager
• Service Delivery Manager
• CMDB Manager
• Change Manager
• End User

Duties :

• Maintain the network infrastructure : Incident resolution, problem resolution.
• Troubleshooting, coordination with third-party suppliers as well as with the central IT department of the customer.
• Advise the project team and ECTL in areas such as capacity management.
• Contingency planning, environment planning, configuration management, and other relevant tasks related to the role.
• Design and implement network solutions.
• Maintain relevant documents / manuals describing the network infrastructure.
• Provide input for incidents / problems / defects post-closure analysis to the incident / problem manager and / or the technical team leader.
• Provide input or organize regular knowledge transfer sessions.

Working Conditions :

• Work shifts of 8 hours covering the time range between 7 : 00 AM and 7 : 00 PM from Monday to Friday, with some flexibility required for occasional overtime or standby duty.

Employment and technical requirements :

(At least 5 years of professional experience in the specific domains as described below)

• Switching and routing engineer (Cisco Nexus 9k, Catalyst, VRFs, and OSPF Routing).
• Wireless LAN controller (Cisco).
• 802.1x / Cisco ISE.
• Firewall engineer (Checkpoint).
• Pulse Secure SSL VPN (plus).
• Load-balancer F5 (plus).
• IPAM, DNS, Proxy, and ServiceNow knowledge (plus).
• Cisco Meraki experience and skills.
• Aruba.
• Access Points provisioning.
• Access Points management.
• Wireless clients management.
• Wireless clients filtering.
• Wireless clients accounting.
