Sales Manager – MICE
to lead strategy, execution, client success, and growth of a pan-India MICE vertical. This is a high-impact role suited for professionals who thrive in building strong networks, managing teams, and driving performance.
What You’ll Do : Business & Strategy
Drive revenue growth by implementing competitive strategies aligned with profitability goals
Prepare and monitor annual business plans, budgets, and performance reviews
Build strategic partnerships with hotels, venues, vendors, and corporate clients
Sales & Client Engagement
drive new client acquisition across geographies
Provide support to sales teams across locations to ensure MICE revenue goals are met
Work closely with decision-makers to ensure high client satisfaction and long-term retention
Event Leadership
Oversee the execution of end-to-end MICE events—budgeting, planning, execution & post-event review
Manage centralized MICE and leisure operations, mentor regional teams, and improve efficiency
Ensure every event is delivered on-brand, on-budget, and on-time
Market Insight & Collaboration
Analyze trends and competitor activity to adapt to market shifts
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and operational alignment
What We’re Looking For :
Experience :
10–15 years in MICE, with 5+ years in a leadership role
Industry Background :
Travel Management Company (TMC) or Corporate / Event Management firm
Education :
MBA preferred
