Job Responsibilities :
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle for HR and corporate positions (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective job descriptions.
- Source candidates using various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, etc.).
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and databases.
- Ensure timely closures of positions while maintaining quality hires.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements.
Required Knowledge :
3-7 years of proven experience in HR hiring / recruitment.Proficiency in sourcing tools and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple requirements.Educational Qualification :
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA / PGDM in HR preferred).Skills Required
