Experience : 5–9 years in strategy / creative planning / brand communication within advertising, digital, or integrated marketing agencies

Reports to : Head of Strategy / Creative Director

Works Closely With : Account Planning, Creative (Copy & Art), Production, and AI / Performance Teams

About the Role

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who lives and breathes ideas — someone who can decode culture, understand people, and connect the two to brand purpose. At Mad Men Marketing, you’ll be the thinking partner behind every big idea — helping our teams craft campaigns that don’t just sell, but shape conversations.

This is not a data-heavy or theoretical strategy role — it’s hands-on, creative, and collaborative. You’ll turn insights into ideas, ideas into campaigns, and campaigns into business impact across our diverse set of brands including Dabur, Haldiram’s, Bikanervala, Emami, and more.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand & Consumer Insighting

• Deep-dive into category, audience, and cultural trends to uncover sharp insights.
• Translate client briefs into creative territories, tone, and campaign directions.
• Develop brand narratives, personas, and positioning frameworks that guide creative teams.
