Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Founding Full-Stack Engineer to join our team.

You will be a key contributor to a US-based fintech startup building a one-stop money management platform specifically for international individuals in the US (think CRED, but for NRIs).

This is a unique opportunity to build a product from the ground up and make a significant impact on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities :

• Product Development : Design, develop, and deploy the core features of a one-stop money management platform using a modern and robust tech stack.
• Full-Stack Development : Take ownership of both front-end and back-end development, ensuring seamless integration and high performance.
• Architectural Design : Contribute to the architectural decisions and technical strategy for the platform, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the product team, designers, and other engineers to translate user needs and business requirements into a functional and elegant product.
• Code Quality : Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, and participate in code reviews to maintain high standards.
• Troubleshooting & Optimization : Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs, ensuring a smooth user experience.
• Mentorship : As a founding team member, you may eventually help mentor junior engineers and contribute to building the engineering culture.
