Senior Full Stack Engineer - Node.js / React.js / AWS

Job descriptionManage and monitor AWS infrastructure (EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, etc. Implement security monitoring, updates, and compliance best practices. Conduct AWS cost analysis and propose effective cost-saving strategies. Support and execute AWS migration projects. Build and improve CI / CD pipelines for faster, reliable deployments. Automate infrastructure provisioning using & Support : Proactively monitor applications and infrastructure to detect and resolve issues. Provide technical support to users and care-coordinators. Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application-level incidents. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability and reliability. 6 to 8 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer with exposure to DevOps / Cloud. Strong experience in JavaScript / TypeScript with Node.js and React / Angular (or similar). Hands-on expertise with AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, VPC, Lambda, etc. Knowledge of databases (SQL / NoSQL). Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with CI / CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills. AWS Certification (Solutions Architect, Developer, or SysOps). Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc. Prior exposure to healthcare / care-coordination platforms.

You will work closely with developers, care-coordinators, and operations teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and cost-efficient solutions.
