Job Description

Configure / Upgrade Nextgen Enterprise solution along with client specific components involved in upgrade.

Conduct consulting sessions (on the phone and in-person) to ensure technical readiness of the solution / upgrade for production

Attend internal project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverables.

Ensure infrastructure meets technical specifications and best practices

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Degree

Experience

2 -4 Years of experience in Healthcare IT

2 -4 years hands on experience in Enterprise EHR Upgrades

Must Have

Experience in performing Enterprise upgrades with Allscripts / Cerner EHR Accounts

Ability to engage with multiple projects & customers at the same time and manage priorities.

Experience with MS-SQL

T-SQL, Query Analyzer knowledge

Knowledge of writing / debugging stored procedures

Troubleshooting T-SQL code

Good to have

Good communication skills

Knowledge / Experience of NextGen Enterprise EHR

Ability to engage with multiple projects & customers at the same time and manage priorities.

Excellent organization, communication, and collaboration skills.
