Tourism Content Partnership Manager

Fairfest Media, the organizer of TTF, OTM, and BLTM , is a market leader in trade shows and B2B events in India, connecting governments and businesses from over 100 countries.

Our flagship event, OTM , is widely recognised as India’s leading travel trade show and the largest B2B travel event in the Asia-Pacific region.

We are looking for a Creator Partnerships Manager to help identify, onboard, and manage a pool of talented travel creators. You will play a key role in building relationships, curating creator programs, and supporting the development of packaged solutions for tourism and travel marketing.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify, engage, and onboard travel creators across social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, blogs, etc.).

Maintain relationships with creators, including negotiation of partnerships or retainer arrangements.

Build and maintain a structured database of creators with metrics, audience details, and content specialties.

Collaborate with internal teams to design packaged creator programs for travel brands and destinations.

Monitor trends in travel content and creator ecosystems to ensure high-quality, relevant collaborations.

Skills & Experience :

2–5 years experience in influencer / creator marketing, PR, or digital content partnerships.

Strong understanding of social media metrics, creator engagement, and content trends.

Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Passion for travel and content creation is a strong plus.
