Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Java Trainer. The Java Trainer will be responsible for creating and delivering training materials, conducting offline / virtual training sessions, and providing mentorship to learners. The Java Trainer will also assess learner's performance, offer constructive feedback, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest Java technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Java programming and related frameworks
• Experience in developing training materials and delivering training sessions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to assess and provide feedback on learners' performance
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to evolving technologies
• Experience in a similar training role or educational background in Computer Science or related field
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Familiarity with virtual training tools and platforms
