Structural Supervisor

We are looking for Structural Supervisor oversees structural construction activities, managing work crews, ensuring compliance with plans, budgets, and safety regulations, and coordinating with engineers and project managers to resolve issues and maintain quality on site. Key responsibilities include reading blueprints, inspecting work, monitoring schedules, and managing materials to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to specifications.

Directing and supervising construction crews and subcontractors, and coordinating with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders.

Enforcing health, safety, and environmental (hsse) protocols and conducting regular site inspections to ensure a safe working environment.

Inspecting structural work, materials, and completed installations to ensure they meet project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
