Job Description

Position- O365 Exchange Administrator

Location- Indore, Ahmedabad

Working Mode- On Site

Working Days-

Skills- Microsoft 365 Exchange, Azure, Proofprint email, Code Tools- Ansible or Terraform, Powersehll, Exchange online Administration

Key Responsibilities :

Administer Exchange Online : mail flow, mailbox migrations, policies, and tier-3 support.

Manage Proofpoint security solutions (PPS, PoD, TAP, DLP, URL defense).

Design and manage Azure infrastructure, identity, networking, and compliance features.

Implement security best practices, retention, eDiscovery, and Microsoft Purview policies.

Automate operations via PowerShell scripting, Ansible, and Terraform.

Collaborate with teams, create documentation, and provide consulting on best practices.

Qualifications & Skills :

5+ years of O365 Exchange administration and Azure services experience.

3–5 years in Proofpoint administration and email security.

Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Infrastructure as Code (Ansible / Terraform).

Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, Azure AD, DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC.

Preferred certifications : Microsoft 365 Messaging, Azure Administrator, Security & Compliance.

Soft Skills :

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities.

Requirements
