Personal Assistant - General Manager
Location : Infopark, Kochi
Experience :
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in an administrative support role
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (mandatory)
Salary : Up to
₹60,000.00 per month (based on previous experience and package)
Shift :
1pm- 10 pm ( UK Shift)
Working Days : 6 days a week

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with digital tools. High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage priorities efficiently. Responsibilities Assist the General Manager in daily operations and administrative functions. Manage and organize the GM’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handle emails, correspondence, and communication on behalf of the GM. Monitor and manage contract renewals, vendor agreements, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs). Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and clients to ensure timely execution of tasks. Support digital marketing initiatives, including lead tracking, coordination, and performance reporting.
