Job Description

Personal Assistant - General Manager

Location : Infopark, Kochi

Experience :

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in an administrative support role

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree   in Business Administration, Management, or related field (mandatory)

Salary : Up to

₹60,000.00   per month (based on previous experience and package)

Shift :

1pm- 10 pm ( UK Shift)

Working Days : 6 days a week

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with digital tools.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage priorities efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the General Manager in daily operations and administrative functions.
  • Manage and organize the GM’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle emails, correspondence, and communication on behalf of the GM.
  • Monitor and manage contract renewals, vendor agreements, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
  • Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and clients to ensure timely execution of tasks.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives, including lead tracking, coordination, and performance reporting.
  • Requirements
