Job descriptionPerforms an advanced level of system administration tasks across Microsoft Active Directory and Azure 365, Microsoft 365, Windows Server Administration, VMware, AWS Support and manage Office / Microsoft 365 Environment; Support and manage Azure, Active Directory Environments; Support and manage advanced Microsoft 365 Services including Mobile Device Management Identity Management, and Data Governance, GPO policies. Support Vulnerability Management efforts, Support windows imaging process. Hands-on experience with Windows PKI process Work with end-users and vendors to support applications and environments. Develops and evaluates options for infrastructure planning to support new applications, servers, devices, and technologies. Maintains performance-monitoring systems such as intrusion detection, virus scanning applications. Document configurations, installation, upgrade, backup / recovery, security and operating systems standards, and other required information. Utilize best practices regarding system monitoring, change control, and service level agreements, and assist in the creation of the company's infrastructure policies and standards. Maintain relevant technical skills to support current technologies, as well as a future technology roadmap. Handle escalated End User Support tickets. Training junior team members Must be open to work in Open in 24 7 environment.
