Manage inbound operations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with logistics service providers (LSPs) to meet customer requirements.
- Provide accurate inputs for LSP billing and production planning.
- Review daily working processes and engage in people management.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives and maintain a safe working environment.
- Develop high-performance culture within the team and monitor individual performance.
- Manage operational issues and escalate as Minimum 6 years of logistics experience.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a cross-functional / matrix Bachelors Degree.
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management (SCM) / Logistics.
Skills and Strong communication skills (English / local language), both spoken and written.
