We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Ads Specialist to develop and execute impactful social media advertising campaigns. This role is ideal for professionals with a proven track record in creating and optimizing paid social media strategies, driving engagement, and achieving measurable results.

Job Location : Central Delhi, Jhandewalan

Experience Required : Minimum 1 year experience

Responsibilities :

• Take full ownership of planning, executing, and managing all paid media campaigns across major platforms, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), programmatic channels, and affiliate networks.
• Define and implement high-impact user acquisition strategies with the primary goal of driving app installs, increasing high-quality website traffic, and maximizing meaningful conversion volume.
• Conduct rigorous daily campaign tracking and optimization by continuously monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure efficiency and alignment with overall business goals.
• Lead the strategy, design, and execution of A / B testing across ad creatives, audience targeting, and campaign messaging to rapidly identify and scale high-performing "winning" combinations.
• Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Firebase) to accurately measure, report on, and continuously improve campaign Return on Investment (ROI) and overall marketing efficiency.
• Serve as the subject matter expert by proactively monitoring and integrating the latest trends, tools, and platform updates within the ever-evolving performance marketing landscape.

Requirements / Qualifications :

Strong understanding of social media advertising platforms and best practices.

Proven experience in creating and managing successful social media ad campaigns.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

Proficiency in using social media advertising platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics).

Should be familiar with Meta Ads for Instagram & Facebook, Google Ads, Youtube ads, LinkedIn ads.

Strong creative writing and visual communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
