Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mental Health Associate located in Bengaluru. The Mental Health Associate will be responsible for supporting individuals experiencing mental health issues. Day-to-day tasks include providing counseling, developing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and working closely with other mental health professionals. The role also involves facilitating support groups and educational sessions to promote mental well-being within the community.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Psychology and Behavioral Health
• Proficiency in Mental Health support and interventions
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
• Relevant certifications and a degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field
• Experience in community mental health settings is a plus
• Empathy, patience, and a non-judgmental approach
