As a Consulting Associate , you will lead one or more project work streams using Huron's methodologies to solve complex client challenges. You'll collaborate closely with clients, manage junior team members, and play a critical role in the delivery of impactful, sustainable healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and execute project work streams using structured methodologies and tools.
- Collect and analyze data to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design tailored solutions.
- Manage and delegate tasks to junior consultants while ensuring quality deliverables.
- Present key findings, updates, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Coordinate logistics and communication across the client engagement lifecycle.
- Contribute to change management efforts, training, and documentation.
- Provide supervision, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.

Bachelor's degree required.3–5 years of relevant experience in project implementation or process improvement.At least 1–2 years of consulting experience (preferred).Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Located in or near Bangalore; in-office presence required.Preferred Experience (Pharmacy Focused) :
Supervisory or project management experience in pharmacy operations.Familiarity with 340B program management, specialty or retail pharmacy in a hospital setting.Prior consulting experience in pharmacy operations or process redesign.Skills Required
