Job description

As a Consulting Associate , you will lead one or more project work streams using Huron's methodologies to solve complex client challenges. You'll collaborate closely with clients, manage junior team members, and play a critical role in the delivery of impactful, sustainable healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and execute project work streams using structured methodologies and tools.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design tailored solutions.
  • Manage and delegate tasks to junior consultants while ensuring quality deliverables.
  • Present key findings, updates, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate logistics and communication across the client engagement lifecycle.
  • Contribute to change management efforts, training, and documentation.
  • Provide supervision, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.

Required Skills :

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Effective time management and ability to handle multiple tasks independently.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Experience supervising or mentoring others.
  • Proven project execution, including identifying risks and maintaining timelines.
  • Adaptability in applying methodologies to complex healthcare challenges.

    • Core Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in project implementation or process improvement.
  • At least 1–2 years of consulting experience (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Located in or near Bangalore; in-office presence required.

    • Preferred Experience (Pharmacy Focused) :

  • Supervisory or project management experience in pharmacy operations.
  • Familiarity with 340B program management, specialty or retail pharmacy in a hospital setting.
  • Prior consulting experience in pharmacy operations or process redesign.
