Job description

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and implement robust QA practices, frameworks, and tools to achieve exceptional software quality standards.
  • Drive automation initiatives and ensure seamless application performance across platforms.

Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of QA engineers.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and improvement.

    • Automation & Technical Expertise

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated regression test suites, including functional, API, and performance testing.
  • Oversee defect management and lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Apply knowledge of CI / CD pipelines and diverse technologies including web services, batch processing, and web applications.

    • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product Development and Management teams to align testing strategies with business goals.

    • End-to-End Testing & Metrics

  • Establish comprehensive testing strategies covering functional, regression, UAT, scalability, and performance testing.
  • Track, analyze, and report QA metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

    • Innovation in QA

  • Stay abreast of emerging QA trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance processes.

    • Skills Required
