Basic Function

• Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of the Test Automation Framework.
• Ensure scalability, maintainability, and reusability of test components across projects.
• Drive integration of AI-powered testing tools to enhance automation coverage and efficiency.
• Develop a deep understanding of the Life Digital Suite (EXL proprietary) and its architecture to ensure effective testing strategies.
• Create and maintain comprehensive test plans covering functional, non-functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Stay updated with the AI tool landscape and evaluate tools for integration into the QA process.
• Leverage AI for test case generation, defect prediction, and intelligent test execution.
• Ensure consistent enhancement of the automated regression test bed.
• Act as a liaison for Project Connect, ensuring seamless requirement gathering and traceability.
• Support requirement management through collaboration with stakeholders and documentation tools.
