: Business Intelligence Project Manager

Location : Gurugram / Bengaluru

Experience Required : 6–10 Years

Employment Type : Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Intelligence Project Manager to lead and manage BI initiatives, with a strong focus on user requirements, data visualization, and project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of analytical concepts and experience working with Tableau Desktop or similar tools. Work experience in marketing domain would be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end BI dashboarding and reporting projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
Collaborate with business users to gather, document, and validate requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and visualization concepts.
Manage project timelines, resources, and risks using standard project management methodologies.
Ensure adherence to user requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
Oversee the design and development of dashboards and reports, preferably using Tableau Desktop.
Coordinate with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure data quality and availability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

6–10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or related fields.

Proven experience in Project Management within BI or data analytics projects.

Strong ability to understand and document user requirements.

Basic analytical comprehension and ability to interpret data trends.

Conceptual understanding of data visualization principles.

Hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
