We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the end-to-end process of building, verifying, and delivering external releases to customers.

The candidate will be responsible for advanced triaging, collaborating across multiple teams, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the download, build, and verification of external releases going to customers.
• Perform advanced triaging and provide actionable insights to multiple stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions for complex issues with minimal guidance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer support related to release issues.
• Ensure alignment of activities with build tools, test setups, and release processes.
• Mentor junior engineers on release processes and best practices.
