Multimedia Developer Job Description

• Develop graphics and animations based on client needs and company standards
• Design and develop complex animations using experience, creativity skills and independent judgement
• Provide design support to multimedia development and enhancement projects
• Complete project assignments within allotted budget and timeline
• Attend client meetings to understand project requirements
• Assist in development of storyboarding to display the flow of animation sequence
• Develop life-like animated objects using Actionscript, AIR, Flash, and Flex
• Attend team meetings to discuss about design ideas and issues
• Stay updated with the latest design technology and techniques
• Ensure proper use of design templates, standards, and style sheets
• Supervise and guide other developers in assigned projects
• Conduct test trial with new design technologies and equipment
• Identify and troubleshoot design related problems in a timely fashion
• Report complex design issues to Design Lead and Project Manager
• Investigate, analyse and recommend appropriateequipment and software to achieve client objectives
• Prepare flow diagrams and storyboards to outline product concepts
• Prepare code to produce the multimedia product
• Prepare digital graphics, animations, sound, video, photographs and images for editing
