Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with an EPC background to lead ERP implementation and transformation initiatives across multiple business units. The role requires a strong combination of technical ERP expertise, EPC industry knowledge, and project management excellence. The ideal candidate will drive successful ERP rollouts by ensuring alignment with business objectives, managing diverse stakeholders, and mitigating risks for on-time and within-budget delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Leadership : Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ERP implementation or transformation projects across EPC business units.
- Domain Expertise : Leverage prior EPC project experience to align ERP solutions with real-world engineering, procurement, and construction operations.
- Stakeholder Management : Engage and manage senior leadership, department heads, vendors, consultants, and end-users to ensure project buy-in and success.
- Scope & Planning : Define project scope, objectives, resource plans, and success metrics in collaboration with business and IT teams.
- Execution & Monitoring : Manage ERP project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and risks while ensuring compliance with governance standards.
- Change Management : Facilitate effective organizational change management, training programs, and user adoption strategies to maximize ERP value realization.
- Communication : Prepare and deliver regular status updates, dashboards, and presentations to steering committees and executive leadership.
- Process Optimization : Identify opportunities for improving core EPC business processes such as project costing, procurement, contracts, and supply chain management.
Required Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred).Experience : 7-12 years of project management experience, with at least 5+ years in large-scale EPC project environments.Proven track record in managing ERP implementation, digital transformation, or enterprise software deployment projects.Strong expertise in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.Solid understanding of EPC domain processes, including project costing, procurement, contracts, and supply chain.Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, JIRA, or similar).PMP / Prince2 / Agile certifications (preferred).Preferred Qualifications :
Exposure to SAP, Oracle, or other ERP platforms in EPC project environments.Experience working with global or multi-site ERP rollouts.Advanced knowledge of risk management, financial planning, and compliance frameworks.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to balance strategic objectives with operational execution.What We Offer :
