Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic EPM Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Enterprise Performance Management solutions across our organization.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle EPM Cloud, Hyperion, and related financial planning, consolidation, and reporting tools.
The EPM Architect will work closely with finance, IT, and executive stakeholders to drive digital transformation initiatives in budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and Responsibilities :
- Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of scalable and robust EPM solutions, primarily using Oracle EPM Cloud (FCCS, EPBCS, PCMCS, ARCS, EDMCS) or on-premise Hyperion suite.
- Define and enforce EPM architecture standards, data integration models, and governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with finance and business leaders to gather requirements and translate them into technical and functional designs.
- Architect data flows and integrations between EPM and source systems (ERP, HCM, CRM) using tools such as Data Management, FDMEE, or ETL platforms.
- Oversee data security, user roles, metadata management, and data governance across the EPM landscape.
- Provide leadership during project delivery, including planning, estimation, technical reviews, and mentoring of EPM developers and analysts.
- Support performance tuning, system upgrades, patching, and health checks of EPM environments.
- Ensure compliance with financial, regulatory, and operational controls.
- Stay updated with Oracle EPM roadmap, new features, and industry trends to provide strategic Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in EPM solution design and delivery, with 5+ years in an EPM architect role.
- Proven hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud (FCCS, EPBCS, ARCS, PCMCS, EDMCS) or Hyperion suite (HFM, Planning, Essbase, FDMEE).
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting processes.
- Proficiency in Smart View, FR Reports, Calc Scripts, Groovy scripting, and MDX / SQL.
- Experience integrating EPM with Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP, Workday, or other transactional systems.
- Experience leading multiple full-cycle EPM Skills :
- Oracle EPM or Hyperion certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud EPM Implementation Specialist).
- Experience with Agile / Waterfall methodologies and project governance.
- Exposure to cloud migration strategies, DevOps tools, and version control systems (Git, Jenkins).
- Familiarity with AI / ML use cases in EPM, predictive planning, or advanced Skills :
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

- Ability to translate complex financial and technical concepts to business stakeholders.
