Role Description — Outreach & Partnerships Head (Commission-Based)

This is not a salaried role initially, but a commission / success-fee-based position for individuals who have strong connects in the higher education sector and can close real partnerships.

Location : Hybrid (Delhi NCR preferred)

Compensation : Commission on each university MoU signed + additional commission on student enrolments (no fixed pay)

You will lead outreach to Universities, Colleges, and Educational Institutions for Strategic Partnership with EduRise360's flagship program CareerEdge360++ — focusing on MBA, BBA, MCA, BCA, and B.Tech-CS collaborations.

Responsibilities :

• Identify and approach universities for tie-ups with EduRise360
• Build strong relationships with VCs, Registrars, Deans, and TPOs
• Conduct meetings (virtual or in-person) and present partnership models
• Maintain and update partnership pipeline reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for proposal, MoU, and onboarding process
