Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Technical Account Manager. The Technical Account Manager will oversee the technical and business aspects of client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, building and maintaining client relationships, coordinating service and delivery schedules, and collaborating with internal teams for project execution.
