Job Purpose

This role demands a proactive approach to incident management, system monitoring, and deployment coordination, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery and operational excellence across ICE's global infrastructure.
Roles and Responsibilities
Monitoring & Incident Management
- Monitor systems and applications within the ICE Data Services production environment.
- Diagnose and resolve incidents using run-books and technical knowledge.
- Escalate unresolved issues to internal and external teams for resolution.
- Participate in production conference bridges and chats to address live incidents.
- Ensure timely updates and closure of incident tickets per company standards.
Problem Management
Investigate root causes of incidents and document findings.Collaborate with Development and QA teams to implement corrective actions.Ensure all incident tickets are accurately updated and closed with complete details.System & Application Readiness
Perform scheduled application and infrastructure availability checks.Maintain and update operational documentation and run-books.Configure monitoring tools and alarms to ensure proactive issue detection.Deployment Management
Approve and execute production deployment tasks during maintenance windows.Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure successful and error-free deployments.Collaboration & Communication
Interface effectively with cross-functional teams across IT and business units.Maintain clear and professional communication in Business English.Share knowledge and contribute to team learning and morale.Skills Required
