We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager - Corporate Leasing to join our team at INXT City Centre, Sector 83, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in the real estate industry with a proven track record of meeting leasing targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong negotiation, communication, and client management skills. You will be responsible for driving new business, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Leasing and Sales :

Achieve and exceed leasing targets for commercial properties.
Engage with brokers to drive transactions and expand our network.
Ensure timely renewals of existing leases.

Client and Stakeholder Management :

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and brokerage firms.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving all issues in a timely manner by coordinating with various internal departments.

Address client fit-out issues to ensure a smooth and satisfactory transition into their new space.

Gather client feedback to ensure 100% client satisfaction.

Team and Leadership :

Mentor and train new team members, equipping them with the skills needed to succeed.

Act as a leader who can handle pressure and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Marketing and Promotion :

Ensure all marketing collateral for commercial projects is up-to-date and effectively utilized.

Plan and execute promotional activities to attract new tenants and increase project visibility.

Actively network with brokers and expand the broker database to generate new leads.
