Pre-Sales and Solution Director - Supply Chain Analytics is responsible for leading the pre sales and solutioning efforts. The incumbent will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and designing solutions that meet their business needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the supply chain domain(AAAS & SAAS).
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and understand their business needs.
- Lead the pre-sales efforts, including but not limited to, creating proposals, demos, and presentations for potential customers.
- Design solutions that meet customer requirements, leveraging best practices and industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and product management, to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the customer's satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends related to the supply chain domain.
- Coach and mentor team members to develop their skills and enhance their Bachelor's or Master's degree
- 12+ years of experience in the supply chain analytics domain, with at least 8 years in pre-sales and solutioning roles.
- Strong understanding of supply chain analytics (Software as a Service & Analytics as a service)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Proven track record of successfully closing deals and delivering solutions to customers.
- Willingness to travel as required.
