Assistant Operations Manager

Salary- 6 LPA to 7 LPA

Responsibilities :

• B2B Operations Management : Handle Vendor Central operations, inventory management, PO tracking, forecasting, shipment planning, ASNs, and replenishments.
• B2C and D2C Operations Management : Optimize warehouse operations, order processing, fulfillment, last-mile delivery, RTO / RTV management, and SPF claim management.
• Demand Planning & Inventory Management : Oversee inventory levels, forecasting, and demand planning to optimize stock and minimize costs.
• Last Mile Fulfillment Coordination : Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure efficient last-mile delivery, minimizing NDRs and RTOs.
• Data & Insights : Monitor e-commerce data and prepare weekly / monthly sales reports for management.
