About the Role
As a Client Servicing Manager at BambooBox, you’ll be the crusader and a pioneer in driving ABM-as-Service for enterprise clients. Your role entails ensuring smooth onboarding, campaign planning and execution, and post-launch excellence. If you love to create campaigns from scratch, then you will love this role. Key Responsibilities :
Client Management & Onboarding
Collaborate with Technology Enablement Teams for seamless client onboarding
Understand client briefs deeply—brand immersion, category trends, and client nuances
Own the finalization of campaign messaging templates, shape the campaign theme and customer journey
Conduct integration sanity checks to ensure flawless execution
Project Management & Execution
Manage campaign timelines, assets, and stakeholder coordination
Drive data enrichment and maintenance to ensure campaign readiness
Oversee campaign configuration and execution using our tools and platforms
Run internal governance with cross-functional teams (data and execution)
Lead campaign reviews alongside ASEs
Client Communication & Governance
Conduct weekly client meetings with strong documentation (pre-reads, MOMs)
Maintain structured and consistent communication to drive client success
Campaign Analysis & Reporting
Deliver actionable campaign reports and performance insights to clients
Share optimization recommendations based on campaign data

What You’ll Need
2–5 years of experience in client-facing roles from agencies, campaign execution, or experience in B2B marketing teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
