Social Media Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a strategic, ROI-driven social media Paid Marketing Manager to spearhead our digital advertising and brand-building initiatives across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
The ideal candidate will combine performance-marketing expertise with creative storytelling to grow OngoleBulls Invest’s investor community, drive mutual-fund and wealth-advisory leads, and strengthen digital visibility across Tier 1–Tier 3 investor segments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Execution
- Design and execute high-impact paid-media strategies aligned with OngoleBulls Invest’s business goals — awareness, lead generation, conversion, and investor retention.
- Integrate performance marketing with content, SEO, and influencer initiatives for holistic digital growth.
2. Campaign Management
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube.Achieve monthly KPIs on CPL (Cost per Lead), CTR, and ROI while maintaining compliance with SEBI advertising guidelines.3. Audience Segmentation & Targeting
Leverage platform insights and first-party data to reach retail, HNI, and NRI audiences.Build remarketing and look-alike audiences to nurture leads through the investment funnel.4. Creative Collaboration
Partner with design and content teams to produce compelling ad creatives, video content, and investor-education campaigns.Test multiple ad formats and hooks to improve engagement and conversion rates.5. Performance Analytics & Reporting
Track campaign performance via Google Analytics, Data Studio, and platform dashboards.Generate weekly / monthly reports with insights and optimization recommendations for leadership.6. Budget Oversight & ROI Tracking
Forecast monthly digital budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery of campaigns.Measure CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) vs LTV (Lifetime Value) for continuous efficiency improvement.7. Cross-Team Coordination & Compliance
Work closely with Product, Compliance, and Investment Advisory teams to ensure all creatives and communication meet SEBI / AMFI norms.Align campaign messaging with ongoing product launches and investor-awareness initiatives.8. Trend Monitoring & Innovation
Stay ahead of evolving ad-tech, AI-driven targeting, and fintech marketing trends.Explore new ad formats, automation, and retargeting tools to boost lead quality.9. Vendor & Agency Management
Manage relationships with performance-marketing agencies, creative partners, and influencers.Evaluate third-party vendors for new digital-growth opportunities.Required Skills & Qualifications
3 – 6 years of proven experience managing paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, DV360 etc.).Proficiency in ad-platform tools and analytics dashboards (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Tag Manager, GA4).Strong analytical mindset with experience in A / B testing, conversion tracking, and data-driven decision-making.Exceptional communication skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.Experience handling ₹ 10 L – ₹ 50 L monthly budgets with measurable ROI improvements.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or Business preferred.Certifications such as Meta Blueprint, Google Analytics (GA4), LinkedIn Marketing Solutions – preferred.Prior experience in BFSI / Wealth-Tech / Fintech marketing will be a strong advantage.About OngoleBulls Invest
