About the role

Job responsibilities :

Tool Administration & Management

Administer and maintain business tools such as [e.g., Jira, HubSpot, Intercom etc.]

Customize and configure tools based on business requirements.

Manage user access, roles, and permissions.

Monitor tool performance and troubleshoot technical issues.

Workflow Automation

Help business teams with automation solutions (e.g., using Zapier, Make or native integrations).

Build, test, and deploy automations to improve efficiency across teams.

Maintain process documentation and ensure ongoing stability.

Integration & Data Management

Support the integration of systems to ensure seamless data flow and reporting.

Help ensure data accuracy and cleanliness across connected platforms.

User Support & Enablement

Serve as Level 1–2 support for tool-related issues and questions.

Create how-to guides, SOPs, and training resources.

Support onboarding of new employees with the right tools and workflows.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

Track tool usage, adoption, and automation impact.

Recommend improvements based on usage data and team feedback.

Stay current on new features, tools, and trends in business systems.

Qualifications :

2–4 years experience in a business systems, operations, or automation-related role.

Hands-on experience with at least 2 of the following : CRMs, project management tools, communication platforms, workflow automation tools.

Experience with CRM tools, preferably Hubspot.

Experience with no-code / low-code platforms like Zapier, Make or similar.

Strong problem-solving and process optimization mindset.

Has a strong grasp of artificial intelligence concepts and the ability to apply AI tools and frameworks to solve real world problems at Aspire.

Experience in using Hubspot / JIRA / Intercom etc.

Familiarity with APIs, data mapping, or integration tools.

Experience working cross-functionally with teams like Sales, Marketing, HR, and Support.

Basic understanding of security, compliance, and data privacy best practices.
